Advancing Access®

Gilead’s Advancing Access program helps patients understand their coverage and identify financial support options to access their Gilead HIV treatment, HIV prevention, HBV treatment and COVID-19 medication. The program offerings include:

  • Access to program specialists who can help patients and their providers with insurance-related questions and provide information regarding coverage options.
  • Advancing Access co-pay coupon program, which provides co-pay support for eligible HIV treatment, HIV prevention and HBV treatment patients with commercial insurance who need help paying for their out-of-pocket medicine costs. Eligible patients could pay as little as $0 per month. The co-pay coupon program is not available for patients enrolled in government healthcare prescription drug programs, such as Medicare Part D and Medicaid. Medicare Part D enrollees in the coverage gap (also known as the "donut hole") also are not eligible. Additional restrictions may apply.
  • Advancing Access patient assistance program, which provides Gilead medicines at no cost for qualified patients that meet the program’s eligibility criteria.

We recognize that hospital systems have established ways to support patients in the hospital with reimbursement and payment-related concerns. Advancing Access can support those efforts in the following ways:

  • The Advancing Access Veklury® (remdesivir) Resource Call Center provides information and education about support that may be available to hospitals treating patients with Veklury.
    • Respond to general questions and inquiries from facilities, healthcare providers, and patients regarding Veklury and product accessibility.
    • Provide education on available resources for hospitals and/or patients (e.g. Medicaid/Medicare, CARES Act, etc.).
    • Provide coding and reimbursement information.

The Advancing Access program supports the following medicines:

  • Biktarvy® (bictegravir/emtricitabine/tenofovir alafenamide)
  • Complera® (emtricitabine/rilpivirine/tenofovir disoproxil fumarate)

Cayston Access Program®

The Cayston Access Program helps patients understand their coverage and identify financial support options to access Cayston® (aztreonam for inhalation solution). The program offerings include:

  • Access to case managers who can help patients and their providers with insurance-related questions and provide information regarding coverage options.
  • Provide information about authorized distributors (i.e. participating specialty pharmacies).
  • Cayston co-pay coupon program, which provides co-pay support for eligible patients with commercial insurance who need help paying for their out-of-pocket medicine costs. Eligible patients could pay as little as $10 per month. The co-pay coupon program is not available for patients enrolled in government healthcare prescription drug programs, such as Medicare Part D and Medicaid. Medicare Part D enrollees in the coverage gap (also known as the "donut hole") also are not eligible. Additional restrictions may apply.
  • Referral to the Cayston patient assistance program, which provides Cayston at no cost for qualified patients that meet the program’s eligibility criteria.

Letairis Education and Access Program

The Letairis Education and Access Program (LEAP) helps patients understand their coverage and identify financial support options to access Letairis® (ambrisentan). The program offerings include:

  • Access to case managers who can help patients and their providers with insurance-related questions and provide information regarding coverage options.
  • Provide information about authorized distributors (i.e. participating specialty pharmacies).
  • Letairis co-pay coupon program, which provides co-pay support for eligible patients with commercial insurance who need help paying for their out-of-pocket medicine costs. Eligible patients could pay as little as $5 per month. The co-pay coupon program is not available for patients enrolled in government healthcare prescription drug programs, such as Medicare Part D and Medicaid. Medicare Part D enrollees in the coverage gap (also known as the "donut hole") also are not eligible. Additional restrictions may apply.
  • Referral to the Patient Assistance Solutions™ program, which provides Letairis at no cost for qualified patients that meet the program’s eligibility criteria.

Support Path®

The Support Path program helps patients understand their coverage and identify financial support options to access their Gilead HCV medicine. The program offerings include:

  • Access to program navigators who can help patients and their providers with insurance-related information and provide information regarding coverage options.
  • Access to a nursing support line.
  • Gilead HCV co-pay coupon programs, which provides co-pay support for eligible patients with commercial insurance who need help paying for their out-of-pocket medicine costs. Eligible patients could pay as little as $5 per month. The co-pay coupon program is not available for patients enrolled in government healthcare prescription drug programs, such as Medicare Part D and Medicaid. Medicare Part D enrollees in the coverage gap (also known as the "donut hole") also are not eligible. Additional restrictions may apply.
  • Support Path patient assistance program, which provides Gilead HCV medicines at no cost for qualified patients that meet the program’s eligibility criteria.

The Support Path program supports the following medicines:

  • Epclusa® (sofosbuvir/velpatasvir)
  • Harvoni® (ledipasvir/sofosbuvir)
  • Sovaldi® (sofosbuvir)
  • Vosevi® (sofosbuvir/velpatasvir/voxilaprevir)

Zydelig AccessConnect®

The Zydelig AccessConnect program helps patients understand their coverage and identify financial support options to access Zydelig® (idelalisib). The program offerings include:

  • Access to case managers to help patients and their providers with insurance-related information and provide information regarding coverage options.
  • Provide information about authorized distributors (i.e. participating specialty pharmacies).
  • Zydelig co-pay coupon program, which provides co-pay support for eligible patients with commercial insurance who need help paying for their out-of-pocket medicine costs. Eligible patients could pay as little as $5 per month. The co-pay coupon program is not available for patients enrolled in government healthcare prescription drug programs, such as Medicare Part D and Medicaid. Medicare Part D enrollees in the coverage gap (also known as the "donut hole") also are not eligible. Additional restrictions may apply.
  • Zydelig QuickStart program, which provides a 30-day supply of medicine at no cost for qualified patients who are experiencing insurance coverage delays (restrictions apply).
